Ever since I was young I have always been active. When was little I did little league soccer. After that I participated in a host of other sports before I got into high school including tennis, rowing, and track and field. When I was in high school I did five varsity sports (not all at the same time) including swimming, soccer, track, gymnastics and rowing. I was one active dude and I try to continue to be today.
Today I am certainly not as active as I once was. However I still make plenty of time to go to the gym almost every single day.
I created this blog mainly to interact with other gym goers and fitness lovers like myself. I have good friends that go the gym and what not, however I want to expand my circle of friends to people on the internet.
